Dr Malhotra is an awesome endodontist. This was the “best” root canal I have ever had (and I have had a lot of them 😆) - painless and no discomfort during the procedure. She followed up as to how I was doing - very warm and caring service provider. Just wanted to share my 5 star experience. Thank you doc!

I went to Easton endodontics with excruciating pain in a lower molar.I have severe dental anxiety, especially fear of needles. Dr. Swati Malhotra was incredibly calm, patient, and reassuring from the start. She explained everything clearly and performed the root canal with such skill that it was far more comfortable than I ever expected. My pain was relieved, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. I’m so grateful to Dr. Malhotra and highly recommend her to anyone—especially those with dental anxiety.

I HIGHLY recommend Easton Endodontics. Dr. Malhotra and Dr. Silvaggio are two of the kindest people and truly care about their patients. If you have concerns or issues, talk to them. They’re always happy to talk through things with you and help however they can. Including if you’re nervous about the procedure. The doctors and assistants, like Jackie, will do what they can to help you feel comfortable. Especially if it includes joking and laughing! Lol. Although I should have done it sooner, I’m leaving this review today because it is hard to find good places in the medical and dental field. So when I do, I want others to know. Every business will have negative reviews because there will always be people that are unhappy no matter what. I just hope my review helps contribute to others finding a place they can feel comfortable as well.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Swati Malhotra. I was terrified to have a root canal. I had two appointments. She was very patient with me and made me feel at ease for both procedures. I highly recommend Easton Endodontics.

Worst endodontist experience of my life. Swati Malhotra performed an unnecessary procedure she couldn’t justify when questioned. She then handed me a pamphlet and couldn’t answer basic questions about information it contained, and was rude about it. She then failed to follow standard medical procedure by letting me use mouthwash multiple times immediately after inserting a temporary tooth filling, compromising the stability of the filling, which cracked shortly thereafter. Her office then failed to fulfill their obligation to send my results to my dentist, even though she said they would. They then refused to return my calls requesting said information, and refused to see me again for additional procedures. There are so many better endodontists in the area.
